Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Arrowhead SCRUBS program, students must be entering grades 9-12 in the current school year. Applicants should reside or attend school in the seven-county Arrowhead region, including Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis Counties. A parent or guardian’s signature is required for all applications. The program is a day camp hosted at Minnesota North – Hibbing. This is not an overnight program. Students must attend the entirety of the camp.
