Jess Langer, Outreach and Advocacy Specialist with the Eldercare Development Partnership (EDP) Team, uses relationship-building and storytelling to uplift the lived experiences and needs of older adults and caregivers. Grounded in community empowerment and cross sector partnership, Jess works to elevate local perspectives, promote inclusive planning and decision making, and strengthen services that help older adults live well and with dignity.
